Teaching and Support Hand-in-Hand

Everything is a learning curve when you have a new baby, so preparation is key in helping you to get off to a good start. For those of you who may be choosing to breastfeed, there are probably many unanswered questions running through your mind. How do I get the latch right? What can I expect? Will it hurt?

You regularly hear that Breastfeeding is hard work, especially in the first few weeks, but with time and knowledge you should soon flourish upon your journey. It is better to know what to expect after all, than to go in blind if it is what you are wishing to do.

Our tailored one to one workshops allow for you to learn in a safe environment where all of your questions can be answered. They can be tailored to your needs and are interactive to add a bit of fun! We will cover topics such as the latch, the first few important days of feeding, what to expect, an overview of the problems you could encounter and much more.

Your partner is more than welcome to attend also as it is often very useful for them to know what to expect too, so that you can receive optimum support during this transitional stage of parenthood.

Breastfeeding workshops last up to 2 hours and cost £45.

All Antenatal Classes are carried out one to one in the comfort of your own home. We travel within Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. Very small mileage  charges may apply to locations further than 30 miles from our base.

"Amy has taught me so many things to prepare me for labour, breastfeeding and caring for a newborn. I couldn’t recommend her more - I feel prepared, reassured and calmer about what’s to come now."
